Meyer
Prof. Jean-Marc Meyer is a chemist engineer and professor at the
medical university of Geneva, responsible for research of dental
biomaterials. Since 1999 he is Dr. Honoris Causa of the university
Claude-Bernard Lyon I. His research applications range from dental
metallurgy, corrosion and biocompatibility of dental materials, to
polymer techniques. He is founding member and previous president of the
Swiss Society for Biomaterials.
Prof. Dr. D.
Hayoz
Prof. Dr. Daniel Hayoz is ordinary professor in angiology at the CHUV
hospital in Lausanne. He studied at the medical university of Geneva
and spent many years doing research for ISREC with Prof. JP Mach and L.
Kuhn, as well as working on echo-tracking for Prof. HR Brunner and
specialising in angiology with Prof. F Mahler in Berne. He has received
research grants for his research studies in angiology from the Cloetta
and the Leenaards foundations.

Raffoul
PD Dr. Wassim Raffoul is PD at the biology and medical university of
Lausanne. He studied at the medical university of Beyrouth and
specialised in hand surgery in Switzerland, after several assistant
jobs in plastic, reconstructive and heavy burned surgery in Switzerland
and Canada. Dr. Raffoul was also head of plastic and reconstructive
surgery service at the CHUV until 1999, of which he is now member as
medical partner. He is member of the Swiss plastic and repair surgery
association, as well as of the hand surgery association. He is also
member of the Lebanese repair and micro-surgery association.
