Time of polimerization
Time
of polymerization for RegenPRP with different activators
Studies have shown that the time of polymerisation for PRP preparations varied accordingly to the activator used. For the usual activators mentioned, the average times of polymerisation calculated are :
| Thrombin human | Autologous thrombin rich serum | CaCl2 (10%) |
| 7 sec | 30 sec | > 100 sec |
Although RGLB provides to the end user a kit of various medical devices and clinically documented and validated procedure protocol the actual end product that interests the medical professionals is what comes out of the THT (Throbocytes Harvesting Tube): a highly potent patient own blood component concentrate PRP - Platelet Rich Plasma.
The PRP solution combined in an applicator immediately before use with a specific activator clots in a solid phase structure that is placed directly in-situ requiring healing. The resulting product significantly accelerates healing process and perceived pain without any contamination risks caused either by blood-born viral diseases transmitted through homologous (other humans) blood components or animal origin derivative products.
