Monday, January 24, for the first webinar of
the Biobridge winter season, we were fortunate
to have Professor Armin Keshmiri, discussing pain
related to osteoarthritis and other musculoskeletal
disorders, such as
tendinopathies.

During this talk, Pr Keshimri explained how to identify the patient’s likelihood to respond favorably to treatment via PRP or PRP+HA. He emphasized the importance of patient imaging.

We then saw how to prepare PRP and PRP+HA with the help of CE-certified medical devices whose intended use is the preparation of Autologous Platelet-Rich Plasma therapies. The professor then gave his recommendations for limiting the risk of infections and reducing the patient’s pain.

Subsequently, the professor discussed the use of PRP alone for tendinopathies with supporting injection videos. He underlined the importance of preparing the patient beforehand and good positioning at the time of the injection.

Time was then given to the many questions from attendees concerning treatment with PRP or PRP + HA in musculoskeletal pain in this interactive format. The session is already accessible in replay on the Biobridge site.

Nearly 200 people attended this 1st event live.

We hope to meet you next Monday for the following events of the program and we are waiting your MSK clinical cases submission for discussing them on February 7th.
