RegenKit PRP is a valid autologous therapy to be used in dermatology, mainly for the treatment of scars, wounds and androgenetic alopecia

RegenKit devices are used for the preparation of PRP for skin treatment. RegenPRP application is considered as an effective and easy-to-perform procedure to increase the number and thickness of elastic fibers and collagen. (1-3).

Skin treatments with PRP either alone or in combination with autologous serum (prepared with RegenATS tube) allow to improve skin texture, firmness and elasticity. (3-5)

RegenKits have been used in addition to surgery on 290 patients for the treatment of atrophic acne (6) or traumatic scars (7).

It has been showed that non-inflammatory scars improved, normal skin color increased, and scar thickness was decreased (8,9). The PRP treatment can be combined with fat grafting and laser treatment (10).

RegenKits have been used on 425 patients to prevent sternal wound infections (11).

RegenPRP has also been used for the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers (12), wounds with tendon or bone exposure (13,14) and burnt tissues (15,16).

RegenPRP is a useful treatment for open wounds by stimulating the rapid formation of granulation tissue the healing times. (14,16)

RegenPRP injections are simple and efficient and can be a valuable alternative for the treatment of androgenetic alopecia (AGA).

After three sessions, patients had significant improvements in quality and volume of their hair (17).

Hair loss remarkably decreased and hair density increased. (18-20)
