El injerto de grasa autólogo se considera un relleno ideal, ya que los tejidos adiposos contienen una fuente abundante de células multipotentes regenerativas (preadipocitos, células madre mesenquimales, etc.). 

Para disminuir la reabsorción parcial de FAT, A-PRP se mezcla con las células de grasa recolectadas.

Grandes cantidades de factores de crecimiento (PDGF, TGF, IGF, EGF, VEGF, FGF) involucrados en la proliferación de células madre, diferenciación. Los fibroblastos y las células endoteliales contribuyen a la supervivencia del injerto de grasa.

Evidencia

Los estudios in vitro han demostrado que un 20% de PRP (PRNP) no activado y autólogo representa un complemento medio seguro, eficaz y rentable para la expansión de células madre mesenquimales adiposas (AT-MSC).

En consecuencia, el PRP se debe considerar como una alternativa al suero bovino fetal (FBS) u otros derivados de sangre no autólogos en cultivos celulares. 1

Los estudios in vivo han demostrado que la combinación de FAT y PRP disminuye la resorción de grasa después del trasplante, optimiza la supervivencia del injerto de grasa, aumenta la proliferación celular y facilita las inyecciones con menos nódulos de grasa. 2-5

Skin Texture & Elasticity
A-PRP increases revascularisation, neo-callagenesis, tone, skin thickness and elasticity. It can be used as a standalone treatment or as a multi-treatment protocol combining technologies such as fractional laser, LED, chemical peels, dermal fillers, dermabrasion etc.6
