Autologous Platelet Rich Plasma injections rely on a technique both simple and safe, using the regenerative and healing properties of platelets.

They have the ability to locally release growth factors, small molecules that act as messengers to initiate the process of skin regeneration.

A-PRP for Scars, (Hypertrophic, Keloid), Stretch and Acne Mark.

Injections of A-PRP (Autologous Platelet-Rich Plasma) into the dermis, support, accelerate and increase the tissue regeneration process.

A-PRP stimulates the synthesis of the different components of the extra cellular matrix (including glycosaminoglycans, collagen, elastin, hyaluronic acid and fibronectin). A-PRP induces stem cell division and differentiation, and stimulates neoangionesis.

Remove the superficial keloid part of the scar before PRP application and/or injection using surgical excision, dermabrasion, laser or peeling.

Autologous Platelet-Rich Plasma stimulates the patient’s cells to regenerate the skin’s connective tissue, resulting in accelerated healing post laser and chemical peels. It also improves the elasticity, tone and thickness of the skin and contributes to the remodelling of collagen fibres.

Its antalgic effect helps to reduce pain and allows the skin to feel cool and fresh.
It reduces the risk of post inflammatory hyper-pigmentation following CO2 laser treatment sessions.

Adipose tissues are an abundant source of regenerative multipotent cells: preadipocytes, mesenchymal stem cells, … which are able

to survive and integrate into the host tissue.

To diminish partial resorption of fat after transplantation, Regen Lab proposes to mix A-PRP with the collected fat.

Functional and numerous platelets contribute to the success of the procedure, providing the essential growth factors (PDFG, TGF, IGF, EGF, VEGF, FGF) involved in stem cell proliferation, differentiation and, fibroblast and endothelial cell proliferation.
